- Understanding the legal and institutional system of the United Nations: studying the roles and powers of the principal organs of the United Nations (the General Assembly, the Security Council, and the Economic and Social Council) and the specialized agencies.
- Mastering conference and international meeting diplomacy: understanding rules of procedure and voting, and managing and forming official delegations and distributing diplomatic roles.
- Professional competence in diplomatic drafting: training in writing speeches and official statements and drafting resolutions and amendments (Draft Resolutions).
- Building alliances and conducting informal negotiations: acquiring negotiation tactics in the corridors of international organizations to support sustainable development agendas, and becoming familiar with employment requirements and international career paths.
