1. Program Overview:
An accredited professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at preparing accountants, auditors, and financial managers to keep pace with digital transformation and the automation of accounting processes. The program integrates the principles of financial and managerial accounting with artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analysis and predictive modeling, continuous auditing, financial fraud detection, and the integration of artificial intelligence tools into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
2. Key Objectives:
- Automation of accounting and routine processes (RPA): mastering the automation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, receipts and payments cycles, and periodic report preparation.
- Predictive financial analysis and data visualization: using machine learning algorithms to forecast cash flows and budgets, and building interactive financial data dashboards.
- Continuous auditing and financial fraud detection: employing intelligent models to detect suspicious transactions, analyze anomalies in data, and automate audit tests and sample examination.
- Management of intelligent ERP systems and governance: understanding artificial intelligence technologies integrated into software such as SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks, and applying data governance standards and professional ethics.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 48 interactive training hours.
- Language of study and delivery method: Arabic and English | fully remote interactive training (Online).
- Distribution of credit hours (80 hours):
· 48 hours: live interactive lectures.
· 20 hours: required readings and open resources.
· 8 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.
· 4 hours: final review and graduation project.
- Attendance and assessment requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of the lectures, and completion of periodic assignments and tasks.
- Certificate and graduation project: the graduate is awarded a Professional Diploma in AI in Accounting after completing a graduation project involving the automation of an accounting process using artificial intelligence tools and passing the online examination.
