1. Program Overview:

An accredited professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at preparing financial consultants, financial planners, and managers to employ automation and artificial intelligence technologies in managing financial plans and building investment models. The program covers the fundamentals of personal and corporate financial planning, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in financial departments, Robo-Advisors and automated portfolio allocation, automated financial modeling and budget forecasting, financial risk management and early-warning systems, building interactive reporting dashboards, and governance and regulatory compliance standards.


2. Key Objectives:

  •         Automation of financial processes and cycles (RPA): mastering the automation of the budgeting cycle and periodic report preparation, reducing operational errors, and accelerating the flow of financial data.

  •         Employing Robo-Advisors: understanding automated financial advisory algorithms, investment portfolio allocation, and digital portfolio rebalancing.

  •         Predictive modeling and risk management: building automated financial models to forecast revenues and expenses, and using artificial intelligence to monitor risks and activate early-warning systems.

  •         Interactive reporting and governance: designing dynamic financial dashboards to support decision-making, and complying with regulatory frameworks and the ethics of automated advisory services.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:

  •         Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 48 interactive training hours.

  •         Language of study and delivery method: Arabic and English | fully remote interactive training (Online).

  •         Distribution of credit hours (80 hours):

·         48 hours: live interactive lectures.

·         20 hours: required readings and open resources.

·         8 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.

·         4 hours: final review and graduation project.

  •         Attendance and assessment requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of the lectures, and completion of periodic assignments and practical applications.

  •         Certificate and graduation project: the graduate is awarded a Professional Diploma in Automation in Financial Planning after completing an automated financial planning model (Robo-Advisory) for an applied practical case and passing the online examination.
