1. Program Overview:
An accredited professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at preparing and qualifying economic consultants, investment analysts, and entrepreneurs to conduct comprehensive evaluations of investment projects before financing and implementation decisions are made. The program covers all stages of feasibility studies, beginning with market analysis and expected demand, technical feasibility and determination of capital and operating costs, financial evaluation, cash flow and break-even analysis, investment appraisal criteria (NPV, IRR, Payback), risk and sensitivity analysis (Sensitivity Analysis), and social and macroeconomic feasibility, through to the professional preparation and presentation of final investment reports to financiers and investors.
2. Key Objectives:
- Mastering market studies and technical feasibility: analyzing demand size, competition, and pricing strategies, and determining production capacity and project requirements for equipment, labor, and the optimal location.
- Financial analysis and investment appraisal criteria: preparing cash flow statements, analyzing the break-even point, and using financial appraisal indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period.
- Risk and scenario management: applying sensitivity analysis and simulating different scenarios to measure project resilience to market and cost fluctuations.
- Assessing social impact and report preparation: measuring social feasibility and job creation, and constructing and structuring a comprehensive feasibility study report that is attractive to investors and financing institutions.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 48 interactive training hours.
- Language of study and delivery method: Arabic and English | fully remote interactive training (Online).
- Distribution of credit hours (80 hours):
· 48 hours: live interactive lectures.
· 20 hours: required readings and open resources.
· 8 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.
· 4 hours: final review and graduation project.
- Attendance and assessment requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of the lectures, and completion of periodic assignments and calculation exercises.
- Certificate and graduation project: the graduate is awarded a Professional Diploma in Feasibility Studies and Investment Analysis after preparing a comprehensive economic feasibility study for a real or hypothetical investment project and passing the online examination.
