1. Program Overview:
An accredited professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at preparing and qualifying human resource leaders and officers to lead digital transformation and employ artificial intelligence technologies in human capital management. The program covers smart recruitment and digital talent acquisition, automated CV screening, Human Resources Analytics (HR Analytics), automation of training and development programs and personalized learning platforms, performance evaluation, talent management and succession planning using intelligent systems, enhancement of the digital employee experience, and the application of governance standards, AI ethics, and employee data privacy protection.
2. Key Objectives:
- Understanding digital transformation in human resources: transitioning from traditional practices to automated and digital HR models, and understanding the role of AI tools and their modern applications.
- Mastering smart recruitment and talent acquisition: using CV-screening algorithms and Chatbots in initial interviews, and improving the candidate experience digitally.
- Data analytics-driven decision-making (HR Analytics): building HR Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and using predictive modeling to reduce employee turnover and anticipate workforce needs.
- Automation of development, performance management, and governance: applying Personalized Learning platforms, evaluating performance through intelligent systems, and managing algorithmic bias risks and employee data governance.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 48 interactive training hours.
- Language of study and delivery method: Arabic and English | fully remote interactive training (Online).
- Distribution of credit hours (80 hours):
· 48 hours: live interactive lectures.
· 20 hours: required readings and open resources.
· 8 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.
· 4 hours: final review and graduation project.
- Attendance and assessment requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of the lectures, and completion of periodic tasks and assignments.
- Certificate and graduation project: the graduate is awarded a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management in the AI Era after presenting a digitization/automation strategy for one human resource function in an applied case and passing the online examination.
