1. Program Overview:
An accredited professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at qualifying researchers, diplomats, political consultants, and public and civil-society leaders to combine the jurisprudential and Maqasid-based foundations of Siyasah Shar'iyyah with modern theories of international relations and international law. The program covers the usuli grounding of Siyasah Shar'iyyah, the objectives of the Imamate, good governance and combating corruption, the jurisprudence of international relations and the Shariah characterization of the concepts of sovereignty and citizenship, the jurisprudential position on international treaties and international organizations, international humanitarian law and the jurisprudence of conflict and peace, diplomacy and negotiation skills and crisis management, and public-policy analysis according to the jurisprudence of balancing interests and consequences.
2. Key Objectives:
- Jurisprudential and Maqasid-based grounding of Siyasah Shar'iyyah: understanding the universal principles governing political actions, the controls governing the ruler's conduct according to public interest, and the integration of justice with Shura and good governance.
- Understanding and characterizing the international-relations system: studying the historical development of international relations and characterizing the concepts of Dar al-Islam, Dar al-'Ahd, political borders, and sovereignty in light of contemporary jurisprudence.
- Dealing with international law and international organizations: evaluating international treaties and conventions, the United Nations, and international humanitarian law from the perspective of Islamic Shariah.
- Mastering diplomacy and political-negotiation skills: acquiring skills in building strategic alliances, international mediation, crisis and conflict management, and the arts of political negotiation.
- Preparing policy papers and guiding decision-making: mastering the application of the jurisprudence of balancing interests and weighing benefits and harms in drafting situation-assessment papers and analyzing public policies.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 48 interactive training hours.
- Language of study and delivery method: Arabic | fully remote interactive training (Online).
- Distribution of approved hours (80 hours):
· 48 hours: direct interactive lectures and diplomatic discussion sessions.
· 14 hours: required readings and original jurisprudential and political references.
· 6 hours: enrichment readings, documents, international treaties, and international conventions.
· 6 hours: assignments and practical applications (document analysis and study of international crises).
· 6 hours: self-assessment questions, final review, and final completion examination.
- Attendance and assessment requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of the lectures, and completion of applications and periodic assignments.
- Certificate and graduation project: the graduate is awarded a Professional Diploma in Siyasah Shar'iyyah and International Relations after passing the electronic examination (25 questions + 5 questions on practical and political cases) and optionally preparing a policy-analysis paper or situation assessment (Policy Paper) addressing an international issue or a contemporary political emerging issue.
