1. Program Overview:
An accredited professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at empowering professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts to build and establish a distinctive professional, digital, and personal identity in the labor market. The program covers mechanisms for self-discovery and formulating a personal value proposition, building a digital presence and visual identity across social media platforms, mastering LinkedIn and building a professional portfolio, presentation and public-speaking skills and media appearances, networking strategies and professional relationship-building, content creation and storytelling, and digital reputation management and crisis response.
2. Key Objectives:
- Identity discovery and professional message formulation: conducting a personal SWOT analysis, identifying points of distinction and the target audience, and formulating a Personal Value Proposition (PVP).
- Mastering digital presence and professional profiles: designing a visual identity, preparing a contemporary CV, optimizing the LinkedIn profile and job-search engines, and building a digital portfolio.
- Enhancing media presence and public-speaking skills: acquiring effective presentation and delivery techniques, body language skills, and proficiency in television and press interviews.
- Personal marketing and reputation management: mastering inspirational Storytelling, building strong networks with industry leaders, monitoring digital reputation, and managing crises and criticism with flexibility and sustainability.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 48 interactive training hours.
- Language of study and delivery method: Arabic and English | fully remote interactive training (Online).
- Distribution of credit hours (80 hours):
· 48 hours: live interactive lectures.
· 20 hours: required readings and open resources.
· 8 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.
· 4 hours: final review and graduation project.
- Attendance and assessment requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of the lectures, and completion of periodic tasks and practical applications.
- Certificate and graduation project: the graduate is awarded a Professional Diploma in Personal Branding after presenting an integrated personal branding strategy (CV + optimized LinkedIn profile + content and storytelling plan) and passing the online examination.
