Field and Subfield: Media and Communication / Television Presentation and Program Production
1. Program Overview:
An integrated professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 accredited study-load hours), aimed at preparing and qualifying broadcasters, program presenters, and visual-content creators with the professional tools required for television and digital work. The program covers program-development thinking and creating innovative ideas, the foundations of television scriptwriting, voice-focus exercises, articulation and proper breathing, body language in front of the camera and working with the Autocue, studio-management skills and coordination with the director, dialogue techniques and conducting interviews, news presentation and managing live coverage, presenting talk shows (Talk Show), through to digital-presentation skills across platforms and building the presenter’s visual identity.
2. Key Objectives:
- Understanding program-development thinking and script preparation: Transforming general ideas into engaging program formats and writing rigorous television and electronic scripts and texts.
- Mastering vocal-delivery and body-language skills: Training in proper diaphragmatic breathing, controlling tone, articulation and pauses, and controlling facial expressions and body movements in front of the camera.
- Working with the studio environment and modern technologies: Mastering automatic reading from the Teleprompter / Autocue and communicating smoothly with the Control Room and production team.
- Managing interviews and live coverage: Leading television dialogues intelligently and flexibly, professionally handling Breaking News, and managing live-broadcast crises.
- Presenting for digital platforms and building personal identity: Adapting presentation methods to interactive and digital platforms and building the media professional’s image and professional identity.

4. Study Plan and Modules (12 Modules — 25 Interactive Lectures):
5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and Schedule: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 25 lectures / 50 direct interactive hours.
- Training Language and Delivery Method: Arabic language | Fully online interactive and applied training (Online).
- Distribution of Accredited Hours (80 total hours):
50 hours: Direct and interactive online lectures.
20 hours: Practical applications, voice exercises, and on-camera performance.
7 hours: Analysis and evaluation of recorded and live program models.
3 hours: Review and final practical performance test.
- Assessment System and Attendance Requirements: Attendance of no less than 75% of lectures, with continuous assessment including assignments, voice exercises, and periodic performance applications.
- Certificate and Graduation Project: The graduate is awarded the Professional Diploma in TV & Media Program Preparation and Presenting after completing and discussing the graduation project, represented by recording and filming a complete pilot episode (Pilot) for a television or digital program, including preparation and presentation.
