1. Program Overview:
An advanced professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 accredited study-load hours), aimed at enabling content creators, media professionals, and entrepreneurs to establish and produce integrated and professional video and audio podcast programs. The program covers all stages of production, beginning with defining the idea and identifying the target audience; scriptwriting and structuring discussion topics; sound engineering and selecting microphones and isolation equipment; preparing the filming studio and arranging multiple cameras (Multi-cam); presentation skills and guest management; video and audio editing and color correction; publishing and distribution strategies through global audio platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts) and YouTube, both visually and audibly; through to marketing, brand building, monetization, and contracting with sponsors and advertisers.
2. Key Objectives:
- Developing the idea and building the editorial structure of the podcast: Identifying the niche, shaping the program identity, and formulating engaging questions and discussion topics.
- Mastering sound engineering and technical setup: Selecting audio interfaces, professional microphones, and applying sound-processing and acoustic-isolation techniques.
- Preparing and filming a multi-camera studio: Adjusting shooting angles and interview lighting and managing the multi-camera system (Multi-Camera Setup).
- Professional editing and digital processing: Editing audio and removing impurities, editing video synchronized with audio, and producing short promotional clips (Shorts/Clips) for rapid publishing.
- Managing publishing, marketing, and profitability: Distributing episodes through RSS platforms, monetizing YouTube channels, and building sponsorship and advertising partnerships to achieve financial sustainability.

- Duration and Schedule: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 25 lectures / 50 direct interactive hours.
- Training Language and Delivery Method: Arabic language | Fully online interactive and applied training (Online).
- Distribution of Accredited Hours (80 total hours):
50 hours: Direct and recorded online lectures.
20 hours: Practical applications and recording and producing episodes.
7 hours: Analysis and review of successful international podcast episodes and programs.
3 hours: Evaluation and discussion of final production projects.
- Assessment System and Attendance Requirements: Continuous assessment based on submission of periodic assignments, production plans, and implementation of filmed experimental clips and episodes.
- Certificate and Graduation Project: The graduate is awarded the Professional Diploma in Video Podcast Production & Industry after completing and discussing the final graduation project: producing a complete professional podcast series (3 high-quality video and audio episodes, together with visual identity design and short promotional clips).
