1. Program Overview:
An advanced training and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at providing leaders, professionals, and negotiators with the latest psychological and behavioral skills for managing negotiation sessions and high-impact communication. The program focuses on the psychological foundations of negotiation, negotiator styles, persuasion strategies and behavioral engineering, reading and analyzing body language, stress management and emotional intelligence under negotiation pressure, dialogue skills and active listening, negotiation tactics and conflict management, dealing with multilateral and cross-cultural negotiations, digital negotiation through screens, professional ethics, and building sustainable partnerships.
2. Key Objectives:
- Understanding the psychological approach to negotiation: understanding the psychological dimensions of negotiation processes, identifying negotiators’ personality styles, and employing behavioral engineering for influence.
- Mastering non-verbal communication and emotional intelligence: accurately reading body language and controlling emotions and psychological pressures during complex negotiation sessions.
- Applying tactics and managing conflicts: analyzing scenarios of procrastination and intransigence, and using smart-questioning tools and active listening to achieve mutual gains (Win-Win).
- Managing complex and digital negotiations: leading multilateral negotiations and cross-cultural deals, and mastering modern virtual negotiation and communication protocols.
- Practical practice through simulation: applying interactive workshops and realistic simulation scenarios for various deals and disputes and evaluating professional performance.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and schedule: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 25 lectures / 50 direct hours.
- Training language and delivery method: Arabic | interactive and applied remote training (Online).
- Distribution of credit hours (80 total hours):
· 50 hours: live and interactive online lectures.
· 20 hours: open readings and practical applications.
· 7 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.
· 3 hours: final review and program completion examination.
- Assessment system and attendance requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of lectures, and continuous assessment based on assignments, applications, research, and simulation scenarios.
- Certificate and graduation project: the trainee is awarded a Diploma in Psychology of Negotiation and Communication Skills after completing the program requirements and implementing the graduation project based on: integrated workshops and applied simulations of complex negotiation scenarios.
