1. Program Overview:

An advanced and comprehensive professional program extending over 6 months (115 hours of approved study load), aimed at preparing and qualifying researchers, psychometric specialists, and professional data analysts in the fields of psychological measurement, social assessment, opinion poll design, and marketing research. The program focuses on the scientific methodology for constructing instruments and testing their reliability and validity, collecting field and digital data, conducting advanced statistical analyses, and interpreting psychometric reports.


2. Key Objectives:

  •         Mastering the construction and development of measurement instruments: understanding the steps involved in designing psychometric scales and questionnaires and scientifically verifying reliability and validity criteria.

  •         Mastering sampling and data collection methodologies: applying scientific sampling methods, employing digital technologies to collect responses, and observing ethical research standards.

  •         Mastering psychometric statistical analysis: training participants in data coding, descriptive and inferential statistics for hypothesis testing, and advanced factor analysis.

  •         Report writing and field applications: acquiring skills in preparing and interpreting psychometric reports and applying validated measures in psychological, social, and marketing fields.

5. Program Data and Organizational Assessment:

  •         Field and specialization: Psychological and Social Measurement and Evaluation / Measurement and Opinion Polls.

  •         Duration and sessions: 6 months (evening period) | 36 lectures (72 direct training hours, with two lectures per week and two hours per lecture).

  •         Distribution of credit hours (115 hours):

·         72 hours: interactive live lectures and training workshops.

·         27 hours: required and independent readings.

·         11 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.

·         5 hours: final review and completion examination.

  •         Assessment system: continuous assignments, case studies, and an attendance rate of no less than 75%.

  •         Final project: an online assessment test (25 multiple-choice questions + 5 practical case-study questions), in addition to a discussion of the applied graduation project.
