1. Program Overview:
A specialized professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at enabling psychological and educational practitioners to employ storytelling and narrative as an advanced therapeutic and projective tool. The program is based on the concept of the human being as a storytelling being, exploring narrative identity and separating the problem from the person (Externalization), re-authoring the story (Re-authoring), using story sublimation to transform conflicts and hidden emotions into therapeutic symbols and plots, and the Therapeutic Story Rescripting technique, through to safely dealing with trauma and loss and integrating narrative with expressive arts.
2. Key Objectives:
- Understanding the psychology of storytelling and narrative identity: comprehending how painful human experiences are transformed into narratives, and applying techniques for separating the problem and searching for positive exceptions.
- Mastering story sublimation and projection: using symbolism and projection to transform intense feelings and emotions into symbolic characters and conflicts that can be resolved and released.
- Applying the psychological scenario rescripting technique: training participants to reformulate and process traumatic life narratives (Rescripting) in safe and considered ways.
- Practicing safe creative narration: integrating expressive writing, collage, and personal story-making while fully adhering to ethical controls and safe practice in cases of loss and trauma.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 16 lectures / 32 direct training hours.
- Delivery method and language of study: Arabic | blended remote online training (theoretical + storytelling, writing, and expressive arts workshops).
- Distribution of credit hours (80 total hours):
· 32 hours: live interactive and applied online lectures.
· 10 hours: scientific readings and references (theories of narrative therapy and sublimation).
· 17 hours: workshops, practical applications, and continuous assessment of story-sublimation applications.
· 3 hours: final review and program completion examination.
· 18 hours: applied lab and preparation of the graduation project.
- Certificate and final project: the trainee is awarded the Narrative Therapy and Story Sublimation Diploma after passing the online examination (25 multiple-choice questions) and completing the graduation project: designing a project entitled "From Experience to Story" in one of the psychological, creative, research, or training tracks, and discussing it in the Narrative Lab.
