1. Program Overview:
An intensive professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at preparing and qualifying specialists in protecting systems, networks, and data from digital threats. The program covers the fundamentals of network security, securing operating systems and web applications, encryption mechanisms and identity and access management, monitoring and threat detection, cyber incident response, and the fundamentals of security testing.
2. Key Objectives:
- Understanding cybersecurity and networking concepts: understanding the nature of contemporary cyber threats and attacks and the mechanisms for securing networks and endpoints.
- Protecting systems, applications, and data: mastering encryption techniques, securing operating systems and web applications, and managing identity and access control (IAM).
- Monitoring and incident response: acquiring skills in continuous monitoring, intrusion detection, and effective cyber incident response procedures (Incident Response).
- Conducting security assessment and testing: applying the fundamentals of security testing, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing a comprehensive practical applied project for systems protection.

12. Final Cybersecurity Project.
5. Program Data and Organizational Assessment:
- Field and specialization: Information Technology / Cybersecurity and Systems Protection.
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period) | from 20 to 25 lectures (two lectures per week, two hours per lecture).
- Distribution of credit hours (80 total hours):
50 hours: interactive live lectures (remote / online).
20 hours: required readings and open resources.
7 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.
3 hours: final review and completion examination.
- Attendance and assessment requirements: an attendance rate of no less than 75% of the interactive lectures, in addition to assignments and periodic examinations.
- Final project: an online assessment test (25 multiple-choice questions + 5 practical case questions), in addition to implementing and submitting a final applied cybersecurity project.
