1. Program Overview:
A comprehensive annual professional diploma program extending over one academic year (two semesters | 30 credit hours | 120 direct training hours), aimed at preparing and qualifying diplomats, legal advisers, and researchers in international relations who combine in-depth knowledge of international law with the practical application of modern diplomatic practices, international negotiation, dispute settlement, and crisis management.
2. Program Objectives:
- Mastering the foundations of international law, treaties, and organizations: understanding the foundational principles of public international law, the law of treaties, and the rules governing international and regional organizations.
- Mastering diplomatic and consular practice: studying diplomatic immunities and privileges, ceremonial and protocol rules, and public and digital diplomacy.
- Professional competence in negotiation and international dispute settlement: acquiring skills in multilateral negotiation, international and consular crisis management, and mechanisms for the peaceful settlement of disputes.
- Developing drafting and international economic analysis skills: mastering research skills and the legal drafting of international agreements, and understanding the economics of international relations and economic diplomacy.
