1. Program Overview:
An intensive applied professional program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at providing leaders, managers, and management development professionals with advanced cognitive and behavioral foundations in the psychology of management and leadership. The program focuses on influence models, psychological assessment tools for leaders, decision-making mechanisms, the provision of psychological safety in work environments, and the development of sustainable leadership capable of guiding teams effectively and professionally.
2. Key Objectives:
- Understanding psychological traits and fundamental differences: distinguishing behaviorally and cognitively between management and leadership, and understanding the different styles of managers and leaders.
- Mastering the psychology of influence and assessment: applying cognitive models of influence and using psychological evaluation and assessment tools to identify and attract leaders.
- Decision-making and modern leadership thinking: strengthening management skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing intellectual diversity within work teams.
- Enhancing psychological safety and sustainable leadership: building supportive work environments that promote psychological well-being, leadership effectiveness, engagement, and employee retention.

5. Program Data and Organizational Assessment:
- Field and subfield: Management Psychology / Psychology of Management and Leadership.
- Duration and sessions: 3 months | two lectures per week (two hours per lecture) | from 20 to 25 lectures.
- Distribution of credit hours (80 hours):
· 50 hours: interactive live lectures (remote / online).
· 20 hours: independent and required readings.
· 7 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.
· 3 hours: final review and completion examination.
- Assessment system: continuous assignments, examinations, and an attendance rate of no less than 75%.
- Final project: an online assessment test (25 multiple-choice questions + 5 practical case-study questions).
