1. Program Overview:

An intensive specialized professional program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at preparing and qualifying human resources leaders and talent management professionals in accordance with the latest cognitive and neurological foundations of intelligence and creativity. The program focuses on strategies for attracting competencies, diagnosing talent using psychological assessment tools, providing work environments based on psychological safety, building sustainable talent governance, and preventing occupational burnout.

  •         Understanding the cognitive and neurological foundations of creativity: understanding the psychology and neurological stages of creativity, cognitive engineering, and information processing among talented individuals.
  •         Professional competence in talent attraction and diagnosis: employing psychological measurement and assessment tools to diagnose talent and achieve person-job fit in competency recruitment.
  •         Developing creative thinking and innovative solutions: strengthening cognitive and behavioral skills and employing tools for generating ideas and innovative solutions in work environments.
  •         Enhancing engagement, retention, and psychological well-being: building a work climate based on psychological safety, applying mechanisms for talent retention and the prevention of psychological burnout, and activating talent governance.

5. Program Data and Organizational Assessment:

  •         Field and subfield: Management Psychology / Talent Management.
  •         Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period) | from 20 to 25 lectures (two lectures per week, two hours per lecture).
  •         Distribution of credit hours (80 hours):

·         50 hours: interactive live lectures (remote / online).

·         20 hours: independent and required readings.

·         7 hours: chapter questions and self-assessment.

·         3 hours: final review and completion examination.

  •         Assessment system: continuous assignments, periodic examinations, and an attendance rate of no less than 75%.
  •         Final project: an online assessment test (25 multiple-choice questions + 5 applied practical case questions).
