1. Program Overview:
An accredited professional and applied program extending over 3 months (80 hours of approved study load), aimed at consolidating Islamic ethical principles and values in work environments and developing the organizational behavior of individuals and leaders in a manner that achieves excellence, integrity, and productivity. The program covers the Shariah and Maqasid-based grounding of professional ethics, building a system of self-monitoring (professional conscience) and the values of excellence, trustworthiness, and responsibility, the jurisprudence of professional rights and duties, ethics of sound leadership and decision-making, standards of integrity and transparency and prevention of conflicts of interest and administrative corruption, skills for managing conflicts and workplace disagreements, and work ethics in the era of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, with realistic applied case studies.
2. Key Objectives:
- Shariah grounding of professional ethics: understanding the doctrinal and Maqasid-based foundations governing work as worship and a mission of stewardship, and regulating the institutional values governing professional behavior.
- Developing self-monitoring and a culture of excellence: strengthening the concept of divine awareness, individual responsibility, and consolidating the value of excellence (professional Ihsan) as a standard for quality and institutional performance.
- Regulating professional relationships and rights: understanding the balance of mutual rights and duties between the employee and the employing entity, and the ethics of interaction, collegiality, and building a positive and motivating work environment.
- Consolidating leadership and decision-making ethics: enabling leaders and managers to apply standards of justice, Shura, humility, ethical firmness, and avoidance of abuse of authority.
- Strengthening integrity and combating professional misconduct: equipping participants with mechanisms for detecting and addressing conflicts of interest, bribery, favoritism, exploitation of position, and applying the principles of governance and transparency.
- Managing disagreements and adapting to digital environments: acquiring behavioral skills for wisely resolving professional conflicts, and dealing ethically with digital-transformation tools, data protection, and privacy in the modern workplace.

5. Organizational Structure and Assessment System:
- Duration and sessions: 3 months (evening period), at a rate of two lectures per week, two hours per lecture = 48 interactive training hours.
- Language of study and delivery method: Arabic | fully remote interactive training (Online).
- Distribution of approved hours (80 hours):
· 48 hours: direct interactive lectures and live institutional discussions.
· 14 hours: required readings and major references in Islamic ethics, management, and organizational behavior.
· 6 hours: enrichment readings and international and local regulations and codes of professional conduct.
· 6 hours: assignments, activities, and practical applications addressing workplace ethical dilemmas.
· 6 hours: self-assessment questions, final review, and final completion examination.
- Attendance and assessment requirements: attendance of no less than 75% of the direct interactive lectures, and completion of applications and periodic assignments.
- Certificate and graduation project: the graduate is awarded a Professional Diploma in Work Ethics and Organizational Behavior from an Islamic Perspective after passing the electronic examination (25 questions + 5 questions on practical cases and workplace situations) and optionally preparing an institutional ethical code of honor or analyzing an ethical dilemma in a work environment and presenting a plan for addressing it.
